Ms. Danielle Angeloni is a collaborative pianist and piano teacher from Baltimore, Maryland. She began her musical education at the age of 8, studying piano with a dear family friend until her college years. After graduating high school, Ms. Angeloni attended Towson University to study Music Education with a concentration in Piano and Choral Arts. While at Towson, she studied classical piano with German pianist and Early Music specialist Eva Mengelkoch. Ms. Angeloni was also a member of the Towson University Marching Band, where she served as the section leader and center marimba player for 3 years. In 2017, she was awarded the Presser Award for Undergraduate Students for her outstanding leadership and her academic and musical excellence. During her 4 years at Towson, Ms. Angeloni was a frequently sought after collaborator for competitions, recitals, and recording sessions, and was a member of the Towson University Choral Society, Percussion Ensemble, and Wind Ensemble. Immediately after completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education, Ms. Angeloni attended graduate school at the Conservatory of Music at Shenandoah University in Winchester, Virginia. At Shenandoah, she studied Collaborative Piano under the tutelage of Lithuanian pianist Ieva Jokabuviciute. While pursuing her Master’s Degree, Ms. Angeloni performed with countless soloists and chamber ensembles, and also served as the pianist for the Shenandoah University Wind Ensemble. After completing her studies in May of 2020, Ms. Angeloni relocated with her fiance to Fort Sill, Oklahoma. While living in Southwest Oklahoma, she maintained a private piano studio and served as an Adjunct Professor at Cameron University. During her years as a professor, Ms. Angeloni taught Class Piano, Accompanying, Music Appreciation, and assisted with the Opera Workshop. She also served as the accompanist for the Lawton Philharmonic Chorale and the Cameron University Community Choir, directed by Doris Lambert. During her time in Oklahoma, Ms. Angeloni enjoyed performing for numerous musical theatre productions and student recitals, the Annual NATS conference, the Southwest Oklahoma All Region Honor Choir, and for various local churches. In October of 2024, Ms. Angeloni relocated to the Fayetteville area with her fiance and their two dogs. Since arriving in North Carolina, she became the accompanist for the Methodist University Chorale under the direction of Mr. Jonathan Rush. When not enjoying musical activities, Ms. Angeloni is likely to be found reading, exercising, knitting, learning Dutch via Duolingo, or snuggled up with her two very sweet dogs.
